This Privacy Policy describes how Moonshot Media LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit 123done.ai (the "Site") or join the launch waitlist through it. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs: your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you request. The Site does not use cookies and does not run analytics or advertising scripts.

How We Use Your Information

We use your email address to notify you when 123Done launches and to send occasional product updates before launch. We use server logs only to operate and secure the Site.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your email address only with Resend, the email delivery processor we use to send waitlist and launch notifications on our behalf. Resend may use your information only to deliver those messages.

Cookies

This Site does not set cookies and does not use tracking pixels or analytics scripts.

Data Retention

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your Rights

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may also email support@123done.ai at any time to ask us to delete your information, and we will do so.

Children

This Site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, email support@123done.ai and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
